Half page on concept explanation and half of page applying it to the film where you can see it present. Is there less policing of people in district 1 and 12 because they might be more rebellious: freedom comes with the privilege of being higher up in the districts. The black coach for katniss is an outlier in the film since he can understand what the poorer districts are going through and almost seems like he is not from the district. Talk show host (caesar): looks like a friend with everyone/with the audience and the players ambiguous. Behaves decently by going to save rue (the little sister type character); strangely positive about any situation she is in and she seems like she can withstand anything and anyone.
