Sense of collectivity; being on the same page: the small fish might not see the world as just ; he is struggling to survive within the status quo. Sees the system as unjust leading to unions, revelations, protests, etc. Different conditions in society: the small fish may see his situation as inevitable of natural, because of his size. They see it as unchangeable produced by unnatural factors.
