Mechanical efficiency of upper body and lower body dynamic exercise our subject was jordan who is a 21-year-old male with a weight of 104. 3kg and height of approximately 183cm. Equipment that was used during the experiment was a ergomedic 828e bicycle ergometer with a serial number of wbk-247-434w and a seat height of 13 was used.
