Only can claim 6 months of compensation. The director can refuse to investigate the complaint: If not made in good faith or trivial/frivolous/vexatious. Information may be discloses if it is deem necessary. If complainant writes a non-disclosure request then esb can"t disclose the case to public. Only one name is used as the lead and other names can remain hidden.
