If we are not recognizing the right, we are regulating it. Protection, or lack of protection, from: violence, harassment and persecution. How is sexuality understood in law: (cid:862)bla(cid:272)k letter(cid:863) approa(cid:272)hes. Study the existing laws, rules and systems: e. g. , do(cid:374)(cid:859)t seek to (cid:272)reate (cid:374)e(cid:449) rights -> just demonstrate how existing laws and human rights protections extend to marginalized groups and behaviours, socio-legal approaches. Focus on the relationship between law and society.
