The techniques we explore this week will be useful for our discussions of future novels in the course, so make sure that you bookmark these terms for future use. A word of warning: we mentioned last week that emma"s structure is similar to that of a detective novel, and did our best to avoid spoiling the ending. Since you will likely have finished the novel by this time, we will be referencing some of the plot twists that occur late in the novel.
