Health systems are vehicle through which health services are delivered. Health of individuals has an important relationship with the effectiveness of health systems. World health report on goals of every health system. Raise money that can be spent on health (resource generation) Provide access to a comprehensive range of health services (ex. Protect the sick and their families against the financial cost of ill health and disability through some type of insurance scheme. Improve the health of population through appropriate governance, regulation, promotion, and carrying out functions. Offer health insurance to all people for an agreed package of services. Outside of relatively small private health sector, the government is the sole payer of health care and owns most of the healthcare facilities. Public sector, private, for profit sector, not-for- profit sectors play important roles. Specialized hospitals, address a diverse array of illness with high-level diagnostics, treatments, surgeries. Right to health will promote social and economic development.
