A philosophy is usually congruent throughout all aspects of a person"s life. Some philosophies used in health education and promotions are used to create a framework to better understand the meaning of health : Philosophy of symmetry -health has physical, emotional, spiritual and social components. Holistic philosophy - the mind and body distinction disappears.
