Putting in place conditions where you can exercise choice to be healthier. Ex. if teacher encouraged students to stand up during break; you don"t have to, but encouraged. Disease prevention: preventing onset or worsening of conditions, process of reducing risks & alleviating disease to promote, preserve & restore health and minimize suffering & distress.
