Clearly identifiable cause underlying a clearly identifiable set of symptoms: down"s syndrome, huntington"s disease (chromosomal cause, clear set of symptoms) Disorders doesn"t exist in any context unless i tell you, you have it. Physical illnesses exists regardless of if i tell you or not.
