Feel your core, feel yourself, keep away all distraction and just be yourself in that moment. Practicing mindfulness increase grey matter in brain, it takes our sensation and translate signals. Help balance and regulate emotion at present. Learn to cope with stress/ depression/ hopelessness. Do not jump to conclusion and immediately proceed to self-harm/ suicide. Not being anxious being around intense feeling phomo. Dbt stage 1 - attaining basic capacities: decrease life-threatening behaviours, decrease therapy interfering behaviours, decrease quality of life interfering behaviours, decrease skill deficits, increase skillful behavior.
