Woman can be constructed as historical, social and cultural. Difference between mean and women: pregnancy and maternity leave, western scientific systems, based on body and anatomy. Might be a tendency for differences between men and women. Women in the workplace who are pregnant: workplaces are set up to push you out, shapes that part of society. Important to have individuals who experience this and don"t experiences this. More inclusive, people wanting to fix the issue or address them and change them. Including men in the alliances, bridge the gap between the sexes. Suggest that in some essence, biological things define women. Essence to being a man or being a woman through biological experiences. What womanhood is, is constructed by society. How being a woman is an experiences that is built by society. Describe the inequality between men and women and that shapes who those people are. We create difference through opposing these terms on each other.
