Characteristics: are measurably more productive and profitable, can better respond to ongoing threats and opportunities, can better plan for the future. Organizations must have up-to-date, accurate, and integrated information to monitor and fine-tune their business processes. Data analysis and the use of analytics tools are indispensable skills for any employee. A greater need for business intelligence and analytics.
