Suspected of the commission of serious criminal offences: operating at an international level, using violence for intimidation, using commercial structures, engaged in money laundry, exerting influences, determined by the pursuit of profit and or power. A systemic patter to the relationship of the offenders. Continuing enterprise last beyond the life of current members (hells angels) Motivation politics, religion, or desire to change society. Illegal activity committed for finical or other material benefits. Tactics to support commercial activities: corruption, violence etc.
