The assumption that rights are natural is to assume that the struggles between human social interaction were viewed with a rational perspective. Rights must be viewed as mechanisms to increase the efficiency between human relations. They must be critically analyzed, applying extenuating perspectives, transcending natural order. Hr must enforce future prospective, not subjectively the micro scale of order. Protect the bottom end, reduce the impact of the hegemony. Entice progress within the micro state outside the societal norms to move towards a more equal global construct. Rights are a consequence of struggle and revolution. The universal human rights are supposed to proclaim the global moral capacity, not implying that ones own nation"s perspective is at all wrong or misconstrued.
