After years of secrecy, at 26 years old, paul consulted a therapist in an attempt to deal with his usual desire. Paul finds it unusual, he is distressed, there is social implications he is afraid to be found out. Lisa: lisa went to a clinic saying that her husband and 2 teenage children had persuaded. Abnormal she is paranoid of people and of germs. She is distressed has irrational fears, not everyone wants to wash a bathroom that often. If the family choose not to comply, she would be more distressed, higher anxiety.
