Women with disabilities have even higher rates of unemployment and lower earnings than their male counterparts. Assumes that difference among peoples capabilities produce defective members of society. Any problems people encounter is a personal matter, not due to environmental factors. A critical dimension of this can be seen in relations to offset power dynamics. A lot of people feel as if they have to define themselves as their disabilities. Says the problem is the social structure. The cause of disabilities is due to society"s failure to provide needed services. A story of a lady in a wheelchair who could not get into the hr building of a company and that alone said how much they cared and took into account workers with disabilities. Workforces constantly assume that the job will be too much for a disabled person to handle, underestimate them.
