Separate sexes fluid-feeding predators; do not ingest solid particles. Order araneae (spiders) tight constriction between cephalothorax & abdomen. 0-4 pairs of ocelli tracheae and/or book lungs for respiration. Book lungs - increased surface area to increase gas exchange. Spinnerets: abdominal appendages - spinning silk fluid-feeding predators.
