Document Summary

Continually questioning things around us and expanding knowledge. Attitude shift - science conquers all to you"ll just have to trust me - think a bit deeper. Why" is the only question science can"t answer, why requires people. The question is more interesting than the answer, taking nothing for granted. Assumptions in our world may not hold in fictional worlds. There"s a thunderstorm, a kid can"t sleep because of it and the babysitter is trying to convince him not to worry and sleep. The kid questions everything the babysitter says to try and comfort the kid. Not the first time the kid has done this to someone, implied when the mom gets home. We can tell from auditory cues/tone/voice that there is a kid and a babysitter. Go to sleep, otherwise i will tell your parents . Fabula: what you"re making up in your head, the story, what the reader creates.
