Conclusion: regardless of size, group tend to be dominated by 1 or 2 members to the detriment of the others. Zealot/special-interest pleader feel so strongly about a certain position and feel that they are right. Put up barriers because they feel the whole thing is stupid. Feel the need to share their life history with the group. Explicit and implicit rules about how to act in a group.
