Do what is called baptisms for the dead someone who died and never had the chance to be properly welcomed into the community may be baptized by using a stand-in. Should be someone from your blood line. Leadership of mormon churches is composed of laymen (non-professionals) @ age 12 boys may enter what is called priesthood . @ age 18 they may be promoted" to a higher level of priesthood. May administer sacraments & conduct other rites. Founder is charles russell in the late 19th century.
