Oedipus rex ("the king of thebes-> 5th generation) most famous of greek plays. In reality didn"t work that way people expose their children on busy roads and usually in the neighbourhood that they live common in rome. People take the children home and raised them like their own child, often knew who the original family was. He knocks on oedipus"s head with a stick which drives him crazy/irritated and he kills the old man. She used to ate all who were wrong: thebes people become super happy and they offer him kingship and to be king he has to marry the queen which is his mother, he never asked her age. The city actually prospers for a few years.
