(for example) Epigenetic view: intimacy vs isolation: as a healthy young adult, you should form intimate relationships with affection, understanding, respect and commitment. If a young adult does not experience intimacy, they are isolating, which is detrimental to your social and personality development: generativity vs stagnation: a healthy person feels needed and wants to give to others. If you have nothing to give, or you don"t want to give, you are stagnated you feel like you have no knowledge to give/nothing to pass down: integrity vs despair: if you feel accomplished, you have integrity. If you feel like you haven"t lived your life or you aren"t ready yet you feel despair.
