If not the innate immunity is activated and may cause tissue damage but allows animal to survive and grow. Influences on health from c sections or born sick: microbiome also changes as you age, use of fecal transplant, use feces to strength microbiome. If immune responses are too low or attenuated, the animal will not be able to elinnarte pathogens or tumor cells. The sixth sense: sensory systems alert cns of danger (smell, taste, touch, sight, hearing and maybe immune?) If these barriers are breached at all pathogens or commensal microbes, immune cells and humoral proteins that make the innate immunesystem activate to provide immediate protection. Innate response does have problems: limited specificity problem, no long term protection against pathogens problems, no immunological memory, response provides an immediate level of protection that buys time for the acquired immune system to start, therefore is needed.
