Is a scale (ex. ph of 1 = 10^1 = 0. 1 moles per liter: 0 to 14, water with more dissolved co2 has lower ph. Tokelau is close to meeting 100% of its energy needs through coconut biofuel: need from rest of world: solidarity, technologies and resources to act on commitment.
