An activist centre for research, education, training and action for social and environmental justice. Out office is a positive place where campus and community activists come together and connect to share skills and information, access resources and support, and deepen our politic analysis. Activism consists of international action to bring about social, political, economic, or environmental change. Transformational activism maintains that people need to transform on the inside as well as on the outside in order to create any meaningful change in the world. Environmental well-being: newest of the dimensions of wellness, refers to our interaction with the environment both how we effect the environment and the effect that it has on us. It"s hard to be well" in un-well world. What is an ecosystem: organisms sharing a physical and chemical environment. Interrelationship between land, air, water, wildlife, human beings and activities. We live in a closed ecosystem everything is inter related and nothing ever leave the system.
