Measures assess strengths, resources, posiive outcomes and adapive processes: development of sot skills values, moral behaviour and measuring them when the child is doing well. Muliple systems consider possibiliies at muliple levels with experise from muliple disciplines: geneics, brain, social work, psychology, etc. etc. When you develop a program you want it to work and don"t want to see it not working . Jefery canada ights that urge and if it doesn"t work he changes it. The baby college kids are given an early boost in language, moms/dads can play and interact (0-3 years) Extended-day schools goes well into the summer and extra hours for homework help. Health clinics and community centers arts programs and health centers. Social services college support supports all the kids through college too: all the measures you want to see are doing well!
