After finishing the micro tyco project, i learnt more about how businesses actually work. I learnt that businesses consists of little activities that need to be done for the business to function. I also learnt how to appreciate the values of teamwork. Without teamwork, we wouldn"t have gotten anywhere in the project. Ideas, labour, resources all came together from each member of our group to succeed as a business. I learned that i work really well with others and i get my part of work done quickly. My group members appreciate me because during the project, I helped in every part of the work. I believe that our project didn"t go so well. However, we still made a good amount of money to cover the costs we spent to create our products. I think since we had a whole month to accomplish micro tyco, we should have started to put our ideas to work earlier.
