What you did, what was the topic and what was your contribution. I first read the article and tried to relate any of the concepts i had read to examples that i had heard and seen in the news or the media. Then went through it again and highlighted some of the important concepts present. In reading the text and assigned readings i was able to see how the author set out the basic concepts, theories and ideas but assigned reading took it a bit further into dept h. The topic of citizens united was looking at how a corporation is viewed a fictitious legal person. According to the us society, they follow under the concept of corporate personhood. As this continued to develop, the court had to understand corporation as legal individuals. My contribution was a perspective on how our world would be without corporations.
