Bacteria in the large intesine have a feast. Almond milk doesn"t have enough calcium naturally, may be foriied. Has nothing to do with not being able to digest it. Found in wheat and other gluten containing foods. May be possible to not have them by slowly introduce it to the diet. The villi can become damaged, laten, don"t absorb food anymore. People with it gain weight back ater they are diagnosed. Cannot have beer since it is made with barley or wheat. More tasty gluten-free foods are on the market. Usually not as tasty as gluten containing food.
