Like calcium, phosphorus intake doesn"t affect blood levels tight regulation. 50-60% of our body"s magnesium is in the bone. Regulates the transport of calcium and potassium ions across cell membranes. None of these enzymes would work without it. None of the chemical reactions would happen.
