Activities focused on early identification of health problems. Sleep workshops for those with insomnia, if they are at risk with a condition associated. Screening for a specific illness, eg. type 2 diabetes. Educating of an individual with the disease with the goal of returning individual to optimum level of functioning. People who already have a condition such as type 2 diabetes. Educating person with type 2 diabetes how to identify and prevent complications. Maki(cid:374)g sure their feet are healthy so they do(cid:374)"t get ulcers.
