Weak or failed states are close to the root of many of the world"s most serious problems, from poverty and aids to drug trafficking and terrorism. According to charles call, our definitions for weak and strong state are horribly vague. Terrorism involves the use of violence by an organization other than a national government to cause intimidation or fear among a target audience. Our objective is clear: we will degrade, and ultimately destroy, (isis also known as. Isil) through a comprehensive and sustained counter-terrorism strategy. They believe that foreigners are in their homeland. Terrorists objectives are almost always related to the perception that foreign invaders are in their homeland, it is not about religion at all. For example, the tamil tigers are not a religious group but a marxist one and they suicide bomb more than any other terrorist group.
