When world bank lends concessional loans, loan has lower int rate, longer repay time, etc. then what would normally be given on int markets. Us oda programmes sometimes include military assistance. Grey matter - oda now includes debt relief when it did not before . Expenditure/spending on refugee resettlement in donor countries: not addressing the actual dev issues; just moving people around not solving the issue. Financial support for ldc students in donor countries: can be unbeneficial like saps developing countries being sucked into unpayable debt.
