The big 5 - we can associate this with the human development paradigm: what we need to focus investment on, agricultural inputs. Fertilizers, seeds, irrigation, etc: investment in basic health. Vaccinations, skilled birth attendants, health clinics: investments in education. Teachers, facilities, vocational training: power, transportation and communications, safe drinking water and sanitation. So whats wrong with this: too expensive. Current oda: only 5/22 countries have exceeded the un target of 0. 7%
