Teams and leadership: the ability to work as a part of a team is one of the most important skills in today"s job market. Why learn soft skills: soft skills gap- workforce has lots of technical skills but there is an absence of soft skills. In 1920"s they were trying to find new ways to increase lighting and decrease fatigue in workers in a factory. Why should we are about research: answering questions and making decisions, we encounter research everyday, common sense is often wrong. Reliability and validity: reliability, refers to the consistency or stability of a measure, validity, is the extent to which a measure truly reflects what it is supposed to measure. 3 ways these are commonly done are : surveys, paper or online surveys, people are given situations that they have to answer to, a strength is that it is anonymous, a weakness is there is a low response rate.
