A test is a measurement instrument that has three deining characteristics: a sample of behaviour, is obtained under standardized conditions, there are established rules for scoring or for obtaining quantitative (numeric) information from behaviour sampling. Your behaviour/response is used to measure some speciic attribute or to predict some speciic outcome. I am an ordinary person who is no better than others measuring humility. I wouldn"t want people to great me as though i were superior to them measuring humility. I think that i am entitled to mre respect than the average person is reverse keyed (measuring the opposite of humility) I want people to know that i am an important person of high status reverse keyed (measuring the opposite of humility)
