Free lap assessment: color, temp (warm), turgor (boggy/ight), circulaion, drainage tubes, free lap comes from ibula, anterolateral thigh, radial forearm. Tracheostomy: cleaning as ordered, change the inner cannula, drain sponge dressing, must have spare trach at bedside and trach dilator incase of emergency, sucioning will be blood inged post op. Indirect laryngoscopy: uses mirror and light, can take a biopsy, dr oice under local anestheic.
