Love openness - avoid the unknown, like to be straightforward, resistant to change: conscientiousness, high cs - organizers, planners, best students/workers, live longer. Low cs - easy going, chill, bad group partners, disorganized: extraversion, extraverts - socializers and sensation seekers, outgoing.
