The five-factor model (mccrae and costa, 1987: extroversion vs. introversion. Are you outgoing or shy: neuroticism vs. emotional stability. Are you anxious, or calm; moody or emotionally stable: agreeableness vs. antagonism. Are you good-natured or irritable; cooperative or hostile: conscientious vs. impulsiveness.
