Canadian auto industry has been hard hit as a result of global trends - factors like gas price have influenced companies to consider restructuring plans - as a result. Global market is dynamic; progressive companies always scan the business environment to make sure they take advantage of opportunities to lower threats. Exporting: selling products (good & services) to another country. No country can produce all the products that its people want/need, thus trade exists. Global trades allows nations to produce what they can and to buy what it needs in a mutually beneficial exchange relationship - this happens through free trade. Free trade: movement of goods & services among nations without political/ economic barriers.
