J- clear: after completion of the typefocus assessment i was analyzed with the estj code. E refers to extraversion, s is sensing, t is thinking and j is judging. They have a practical mindset with people, places and situations. Estj individuals are also objective organizers and strong mangers as they detail and goal oriented> they love to cooperate with others in a team environment and are great communicators making them strong leaders. Estj are goal setters and their characteristics are best suited for managerial positions in organizational settings: i agree to this type quite a bit and i feel this does suit my personality. I enjoy taking leadership in group assignments and projects. I am usually the one to plan event and activities among friends. Also i do feel i take a logical standpoint in most aspects of life including people, places and things.
