Hrp helps an organization achieve it strategic goals, achieve economies in hiring new workers, make major labor demands more successfully anticipate and avoid surpluses and reduce labor costs. Lack of or inadequate human resources planning can: Fail to accomplish short-term operational or long-range strategic plans. Hrp does not occur independently of the other departments within an organization, must align with overall goals and both long and short term strategic plans.
