Got the wages that were lost due to the 12 months" suspension. Was only supposed to be suspended for 3 months according to the atributer. It decided on the basis of rules made by both paries. Rules are made by the legal system. We don"t generally enter atribuion when conlict has started. The paries don"t agree on the rules: they have to be made beforehand. If you lie, you get into the same type of trouble as you would in court. Paries pick who gets to atribute them: for ex, the union (janitor case) and employer get to decide who the atributer is. Law is the contract in which the decision is made: the atributer can"t make the punishment longer, the decisions have to be made based on the law and rules. If you receive an award in atribuion: the court can enforce it making it impossible to ignore.
