When working in a small group, i usually take on the role of the compromiser. This is the role where you focus on maintaining harmony within the group. This is the role that best fits my communication style, because i like to make sure that everyone"s opinion is heard and valued. It is also easier to produce quality work when the group is working together in harmony. Consider concepts such as groupthink in your response. One assignment that i had to complete for school was a group project. Nine times out ten students roll their eyes when they hear that they are going to have to work as a group to complete a project. Despite previous experiences, i kept my mind open.
