Personal philosophy is a person"s rules/policies for themselves. Philosophers attempts to answer tough or puzzling questions. Plato expressed the idea that philosophy begins in wonder, begins by asking questions that make people think. Aristotle engage in philosophy to escape ignorance. Philosophers look to understand general principles to understand their implications. There are abstract different attempts to answer philosophical questions which carry various, complex implications. Considering and evaluating the implications is part of how we evaluate philosophical theories. A scenario in which people are chained to seats where all they can see are shadowy figures on the wall we only see appearances and impressions. A philosopher unchains themselves from the confined seat. What is going on that screen is a representation of what is really happening. Something bigger is going on behind the scenes. The forms outside of the cave are what the puppets were made to represent.
