Cell phone towers are being installed in all neighbourhoods. There is a lot of negative viewpoints on sprawl. 80% ever built has been built in the last 50 years. The problem with building new homes is having to build in new communities in the suburbs; building a new house in the city is expensive. Humans have always found meaning with living together. Suburbs is the reversed movement; people have come together to seek each other, and now are fleeing from each other to be isolated. Paradox of the suburbs is that we go there to find something idol, and then find ourselves stranded there in the awful environment people end up regretting living there. People only live in suburbs because there are incentives (i. e. very large home, with a backyard, with cheap land cost).
