Ethnocentrism: belief that one"s own group or culture is superior to others. High-context cultures: cultures where meaning is mainly exchanged through body language and gestures. Low-context cultures: cultures where meaning is mainly exchanged through language. Attitude: a frame of mind in favour of or opposed to a person, policy, belief etc. Fixed-alternative questions: questions that offer a choice btw two or more alternatives.
