Rise of fascism challenges the status quo and existing international world powers. Second reich of germany was not fascist yet. The period from wwi to wwii led to polarization of ideologies. Extreme left wing or extreme right wing. Organized movement to support a charismatic leader. Hitler and mussolini are both popular among the citizens. Incorporating a common individual into political organizations. Germany: women are mandatory participants of women"s organizations and childrens are automatically members of youth groups.
