Prior to 1980s, males outperformed females in school. This conclusion is evidenced by several lines of evidence: The high school gpa by sex increases from 1990 to 2005 for both sexes, bigger gpa for females naturally tho. The high school dropout rate decreases for both sexes, moreso for females. females are lower than males. University enrollment by sex is consistent from 2004-2008, females higher. Number of undergrad degrees increased for both sexes from 1995-2005, females higher. Number of graduate degrees: started off with more males than females, both increase a lot, by 2005, more females! The proportion of 25-29 year olds in labour force w/ uni degree is pretty equal in 1981, by 2001, both have increased, but more females. The hispanic male is the one with the least amount of uni degrees, african american male is middle, african american female slightly higher but also middle, white female is top, with white male behind.
